Replacement Window Company Expands to Siding, Doors, Roofing and More
How does a small family window business grow into a thriving home exterior company offering everything from vinyl windows for replacement or new construction applications and exterior doors to roofing, siding, and so much more? Thermo-Seal started from humble beginnings in the corner of a machine shed and grew slowly relying on:

We Started Out as a Window Assembly Company
In 1997, Titus began assembling pre-fabricated window kits in the corner of his machine shed. He and his wife worked evenings and Saturdays and built the business little by little. Based in Brookfield, MO, we serve the following communities and surrounding areas:

The Pursuit of Quality Drove Us to Improve Our Windows
1997 – The company was started as a window assembly business assembling window kits for local homeowners.
1998 – The company grew and invested in facilities and equipment to begin manufacturing our own vinyl windows in-house instead of assembling window kits. This brought quality control in-house and provided more flexibility for us during the manufacturing process.
2007 – We decided the quality of the window was not up to our standards, so we further invested in more equipment and we launched our first fusion-welded window line. This was a vast improvement over the previous generation of windows that were mechanically fastened and glued.
2012 – Up to this point, all of our insulated glass units were being outsourced. We decided to invest in the necessary facilities and equipment to bring the insulated glass unit manufacturing process in-house so that we could better control the quality and durability of our insulated glass units. In May of 2012 we began production of this new line.
2015 – We, as a company, joined the Energex Window Alliance and launched the Energex Elite window system which was a completely redesigned window system compared to our previous window system. The Energex Elite windows have very pleasing aesthetics and sightlines and have undergone rigorous tests to ensure performance at the highest levels in the industry.
